920 Corporate Lane and 916 Corporate Lane was sold as a package investment disposition to a regional organization for their corporate headquarters. Patrick L. Reynolds, CCIM with NAI Dominion handled the negotiation and sale on behalf of Ashby Development.
The project site is centrally located off of Greenbrier Parkway in the Greenbrier Commerce Park and provides direct access to Interstate 64, Interstate 464, and the Oakgrove Connector positioning it in the heart of Hampton Roads.
916 Corporate, LLC was acquired during the purchase of 920 Corporate Lane, Chesapeake, VA 23320. During the site analysis of the property, it was discovered that two individual parcels had been assembled to develop on office property. Upon finalizing of the purchase transaction, the two parcels were transferred into different ownership entities with a 33,000 sqft office building on positioned on 920 Corporate Lane, and 2.75 acres of development land positioned on 916 Corporate Lane.
Design and Development plans currently show up to a 24,000 square feet office/warehouse project. The project is designed to be occupied by a single tenant or divided into smaller units of approximately 5,000 square feet. Each unit will contain individual offices, restrooms, overhead doors in the warehouse section with 20-foot-high ceiling, and fire suppression systems, with common area loading dock onsite and ample on-site parking.
