The property consists of 2,000 sqft of office and 8,600 sqft of warehouse space. The warehouse area can be divided into two smaller units, with individual overhead doors, or combined as one clear span area.

The Lindale Partners, LLC project was a redevelopment project for Ashby Development. The increasing market demand for office/warehouse or flex space in the Greenbrier section of the Hampton Roads MSA helped us to identify the property as a value-add purchase. Working with our partner company of NAI Dominion who was identifying properties for a client, and 1333 Lindale Drive was identified as a potential lease location. The former owner was looking to dispose of the property and Ashby Development presented the owner with a proposal to purchase the property and through NAI Dominion presented a Letter of Intent to the client. The offer to purchase was accepted after negotiations and the NAI Dominion client accepted the Letter of Intent. After closing on the property, a complete renovation of the property was undertaken, and the client occupied the property under a long-term lease.
